Channel Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the channel strategy within Singapore by identifying and developing new partners, whilst building on existing relationships.
- Maintain responsibility for profitable growth within the partner portfolio, develop partner sales and grow revenue.
- Present and create awareness of the organisation’s products portfolio.
- Explore opportunities for greater penetration into other parts of a client’s business and group of companies and or subsidiaries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Capacity to engage and forge strong partner relationship.
- Experience in IT Channel management or Account management will be preferred.
- Preferably with at least 2 year’s of relevant experience.
- A good sales track record of Cybersecurity will be an advantage.
- Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Maintenance Team Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support
- Support handling will be 24×7 and rotating shift is required
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate complex technical concepts in layperson’s terms
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements – listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Coordinate with other Technical Support team members to escalate cases with unresolved issues to respective product vendor
- Maintain a close-loop with the product vendor to identify and support new product solutions based on direct and indirect prospect feedback as well as security industry trends
- Continuous Learning in IT industry, particularly new security products and solutions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- IT or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates with Higher Nitec or diploma are welcome
- Experience with networking OR cybersecurity solutions deployment is preferred
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills particularly over the phone and with email
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
- Highly motivated, fast learner, passionate to learn new product solutions and technology

RESPONSIBILITIES

Presales Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity product to customers and partners.
- Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.
- Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
- Perform Strategic Cybersecurity Solution Selling.
- Perform Cybersecurity Solutions Demonstration.
- Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solution / Network Performance solution.
- Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance and clarifications.
- Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers on the assigned cybersecurity products.
- Perform in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.
- Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
- Provide enablement training for Partners internal Post Sales engineers on the product/ technology knowledge.
- Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff.
- Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field. Candidates with several years of experience in delivery and implementation of cyber security technology and solutions and open to embark presales consultant role are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
- Ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies.
- Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Software Define Networks, Network Performance tools and solutions, UNIX, Windows, VMware, Security covering Endpoint, Email, Web & Cloud.
- Able to design an architecture & write proposal.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Eagerness and ability to engage in courteous customer handling and commercial judgment would be preferred.
DESIRABLES
- Industry or Technical Certification (ie. CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH) is a plus.
- Deep knowledge on SSE products (Netskope/SkyHigh Security/Versa Networks) will be preferred.
- Exposure to security software solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management and Compliance & Audit will be added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan organize and execute marketing events (e.g seminar, workshop, training, trade show, etc)
