Presales / Solution Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of our Products, Services, Solutions and upgrades.
- Understanding and communicating the Deliverable and advantages of our Products and Services over competing Products and Partners.
- Assisting Sales Team with;
- Performing Fact finding / Discovery sessions with Prospects and/or Customers.
- Understanding diverse, specific business needs and recommending / showcasing solution knowledge to meet those needs.
- Preparing and delivering Presentations and Demonstrations.
- Provide necessary writeups / SOW to support RFP, RFQ and Proposal Enhance Pre-sales / Solution Process and Sales performance.
- Contributing on development of Marketing Materials, Sales literature and website update.
- Preparing, participating and conducting Webinars and sessions in Marketing activities.
- You may also need to collaborate with delivery team to perform and/or participate in delivering some key tasks (Business Process Mapping Sessions, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Product / Solution Walkthrough and User Training) to ensure successful Implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- A minimum of Three (03) years experience in a reputed ERP system including one (01) year performing Pre-Sales.
- NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A solid understanding on 2 or more of following business areas is essential:
- Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, CRM, Manufacturing, Project Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Possess general understanding on different Industries.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrates ability to build professional relationships.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an advantage.

Software Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for designing, implementing API solutions and strategy and building APIs that ensure security, usability, and reliability.
- Participate in the complete software development cycle: Understand requirements, design, develop, test, automate and deploy software.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Engage in design and code reviews of the product.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills including the use of associated tools.
- Monitor the application performance and troubleshoot issues with relevant teams.
- Complete documentation of procedures for installation, integration, architecture and maintenance.
- Capable of engaging with product managers and/or users to establish application requirements and/or essential adjustments.
- Own features from start to finish; Mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with developing dashboard with API integration for SOC Operations will be an added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Cybersecurity or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Cybersecurity domain.
- Proficiency in one or more frontend framework (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java/Python/PHP).
- Proficiency in REST or similar communication paradigms.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering: data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in database will be an added advantage.
- Experience in frontend and backend web application development will be an added advantage.

Maintenance Team Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support
- Support handling will be 7×24 and rotating shift is required
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate complex technical concepts in layperson’s terms
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements – listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Coordinate with other Technical Support team members to escalate cases with unresolved issues to respective product vendor
- Maintain a close-loop with the product vendor to identify and support new product solutions based on direct and indirect prospect feedback as well as security industry trends
- Continuous Learning in IT industry, particularly new security products and solutions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- IT or relevant discipline
- Entry Level Candidates with Higher Nitec or diploma are welcome
- Experience with networking OR cybersecurity solutions deployment is preferred
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills particularly over the phone and with email
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting.
- Highly motivated, fast learner, passionate to learn new product solutions and technology.

Product Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and grow suite of Cyber Security products, technical services and other related services.
- To drive service creation and service quality enhancement of its products and to increase market share and profitability by continuous product enhancements, operation improvements, and product marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs to management for medium- and long-term business planning
- Create and maintain the business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions
- Collaborate with service delivery and operation team to ensure effective product delivery mechanism is maintained.
- Support sales team to win/ retain customers by providing competitive pricing and customized solution/ SLA if required
- Analysing potential partner relationships for the product
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT related fields or equivalent.
- Applicants without IT qualification may still apply but must have at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
- A good sales track record of computer networks and IT security will be an advantage
- Prior experience working in distributor environment preferred
- Strong leadership, team building and logical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Sales Manager – ERP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively seek out for new customers.
- Manage the ERP sales cycle from lead generation, lead qualification to deal closing.
- ERP sales pitches including the benefits of Cloud Computing to potential clients’.
- Development of comprehensive sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinating with Pre-sales Team and Implementation Team on Solution Demos, Proposal time Lines and Delivery.
- Collection of high-level requirements to effectively communicate to technical personnel for demo purposes, scope of work documents and proposals.
- Coordination with deployment team for proposal time lines and costing.
- Ensure existing customer’s enquiries are taken care of, ensuring renewal and up-sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers with patience and enthusiasm.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor. Persuasive, goal-oriented and Self-motivated.
- A team player with strong inter personal skills and multi-tasking ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Preferable to have cloud computing or SaaS (software-as-a-service) experience and good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.
- Experience in ERP Sales role preferred.
