Maintenance Team Engineer
责任
- Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support
- Support handling will be 24×7 and rotating shift is required
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate complex technical concepts in layperson’s terms
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements – listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Coordinate with other Technical Support team members to escalate cases with unresolved issues to respective product vendor
- Maintain a close-loop with the product vendor to identify and support new product solutions based on direct and indirect prospect feedback as well as security industry trends
- Continuous Learning in IT industry, particularly new security products and solutions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

- Singaporean only
- IT or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates with Higher Nitec or diploma are welcome
- Experience with networking OR cybersecurity solutions deployment is preferred
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills particularly over the phone and with email
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
- Highly motivated, fast learner, passionate to learn new product solutions and technology

Logistics Assistant

- Update data into ERP systems
- Ensure proper documentation and operation
- Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned

Logistics Executive

- Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoice
- Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
- Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
- Update data into ERP systems timely
- Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
- Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
- Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned

The project manager will be responsible for all aspects of project execution of the Cyber Security products distributed by M.Tech – taking a project from planning to completion, and manage the entire process.

To manage the project activities, cost and resources to meet the project deliverables within the project timeline and budget to ensure customers, internal or external, achieve their desired results.

Resolve project issues and mitigate project risks

Track and report project status to project stakeholders

Transit project smoothly to customer by identifying and orchestrating handover training, documentation and supporting needs.

要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management of IT or Cybersecurity deployment projects.
- To be certified in Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Knowledge in networking such as routing and switching technology.
- Past experience on Cyber Security Products & Cyber Security Knowledge are added advantages
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Strong, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
