• Understand and analyse the customer’s needs;
• Find the best solution and lead the architecture definition to meet the customer requirements;
• Interface with the customer, for the technical related aspects of the solution;
• Support the sales and marketing teams by providing internal and external technical pre-sales support for the solutions and services, taking the lead of the architecture aspects in strong cooperation with all the required technical and non-technical skills involved (e.g. hardware, software, security, quality, maintenance);
• Lead the Make/Team/Buy decision process and support the partner & subcontractor choice throughout the capture & delivery activities;
• Be in charge of the executive and technical documentation for tenders and support handover to projects (including but not limited to design documentation);
• Support when needed the teams responsible for the implementation and testing of the solution by providing technical expertise on various aspects of the solution under development, ensuring the design and development goals until the final phases of the bid/project.

• Strong knowledge of cryptographic concepts, Hardware Security Module’s, and key management.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and operating Thales SafeNet HSMs.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing key management solutions for enterprises.
• Knowledge of networking and network security concepts.
• Experience working on PKI / key management solutions.
• Programming knowledge in C / C++ (preferred), Java, .NET.
• Experience integrating cryptographic libraries and HSMs with applications.
• Understanding of Information Security Architecture and ecosystem technologies and concepts required like firewalls, monitoring tools, encryption, web proxies, and identity & access management.

• Perform Strategic Cybersecurity Solution Selling.
• Perform Cybersecurity Solutions Demonstration.
• Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solution / Network Performance solution.
• Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance and clarifications.
• Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers on the assigned cybersecurity products.
• Perform in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features.
• Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
• Provide enablement training for Partners internal Post Sales engineers on the product/ technology knowledge.
• Conduct routine update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
