Product Overview

Seclore’s Enterprise Digital Rights Management, a file-centric security solution, enables organizations to enforce and audit who can view, edit, copy, screen grab, and print files. These granular, persistent usage controls stay with a document wherever it travels, both within and outside of the organization’s boundaries. The document owner can also remotely modify and revoke access to files after distribution.

This information-centric approach to security means you can collaborate with external users in a controlled manner, and confidently embrace the use of mobile devices, cloud services, outsourcing and file-sharing. IT can stop worrying about “controlling devices and perimeters” and instead maximize the business agility and adoption of innovative technologies.

Seclore offers a series of pre-built connectors that make it easy to plug-in Digital Rights Management to existing DLP, ECM, ERP, and Mail/Messaging solutions. These Connectors for eMail, ECM, ERP, DLP, EFSS and other systems make it easy to automatically protect emails/attachments, documents being downloaded from systems, files shared via EFSS, and sensitive information that is discovered by DLP offerings. A robust SDK and APIs make it very easy to add data-centric security to any corporate system or technology. The ability to automatically protect files without human intervention is a key aspect of rapid adoption and ensures that more sensitive information is protected as it is shared.
