Maintenance Team Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers via Phone, Chat, Email and onsite support
- Support handling will be 24×7 and rotating shift is required
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate complex technical concepts in layperson’s terms
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements – listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
- Coordinate with other Technical Support team members to escalate cases with unresolved issues to respective product vendor
- Maintain a close-loop with the product vendor to identify and support new product solutions based on direct and indirect prospect feedback as well as security industry trends
- Continuous Learning in IT industry, particularly new security products and solutions
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- IT or relevant discipline
- Fresh graduates with Higher Nitec or diploma are welcome
- Experience with networking OR cybersecurity solutions deployment is preferred
- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills particularly over the phone and with email
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting
- Highly motivated, fast learner, passionate to learn new product solutions and technology

Logistics Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support in Logistics department
- Handling Logistics / Shipping documents
- Update data into ERP systems
- Ensure proper documentation and operation
- Assist in other aspects of other logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 1 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)

Logistics Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing list,commercial invoice
- Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
- Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
- Update data into ERP systems timely
- Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
- Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
- Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Channel Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and gain a deep understanding of their strategic priorities, including product focus, market positioning, and business direction
- Gain a strong understanding of each partner’s key accounts and industry focus to effectively position the right products and solutions
- Influence partners to adopt and position our products including competing solutions where our portfolio is able to fulfil
- Arrange quarterly solution update/enablement for various product principals
- Identify and uncover opportunities while gaining insights from partners on competitors’ strengths and weaknesses
- Ensure partners’ credit limits are reviewed for upcoming sizable orders and proactively propose appropriate credit facilities or onboarding processes as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments to maintain partner’s credit standing
- Assess the partner’s capabilities, certifications, and vendor’s partner status to ensure alignment with product principal’s reseller requirements
- Document minutes of meetings with partners, Product Managers, and vendors to capture key discussions, action items, and follow-up points.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Capacity to engage and build strong relationship with channel partners

I-Security Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for Post-sales activities of Cybersecurity or Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project Implementation.
- Provide on-site implementation services including testing, deployment & documentation.
- Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyse and clarify customer queries though troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
- Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
- Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean only
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in IT industry providing network support and administration.
- Equip with knowledge & experience in networking such as routing and switching technology.
- Possess CCNA or CCSA certification.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies.
- Polite and able to communicate well to the clients.
- Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work extended hours and on standby duty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
